Simply Nourished revives the traditional concept that real food can provide curative medicine and preventative healthcare. Ellie’s programs elevate the sweet simplicity of the choices that promote growth, transformation and empowerment by balancing the conflicting needs and expectations of a modern lifestyle.

Ellie holds a Masters degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She specializes in guidance for the following diets and lifestyles:

Center Pointe Health Coaching

Janina Taylor of Center Pointe Health Coaching firmly believes that our body and mind are connected.  Combining her functional medicine health coaching education along with her personal experience in recovering from a chronic disease–Nina works one on one with clients to create and maintain action plans for healthier living.
